Welded jewellery is a fun and unique way to make a meaningful memory with a loved one, or just to have a personalised chain made and fitted just for you.

​Is welded jewellery safe? - Yes welded jewellery is absolutely safe.

How does it work? - You choose from a variety of chains and it will be cut to the precise size you require and welded together. Please note: Chain styles are subject to availability. Once the chain is cut, the sale is final.

Can I get it removed? - Absolutely, you can return to us and have it safely removed. You can also have it re-welded at a later date if you wish.

How long does it take? - Appointment times are 30mins per person. Once you have chosen a chain, the welding only takes a couple of seconds.

What metals do you use? - 925 Sterling silver, 14ct Gold filled & 9ct solid gold.

Do you have charms? - We have a variety of charms and connectors to choose from they will be displayed on the day and are subject to availability.

How old do I have to be to get permanent jewellery? - We offer permanent jewellery from age 10 and over as long as they are accompanied with a parent.

Due to being a customised and made to measure piece, welded jewellery is non-returnable and it can not be exchanged.
Once you have selected your permanent jewellery and the chain has been cut, sales are final.

WARRANTY

As part of your purchase, permanent jewellery welded here at Jade Alexandra Piercing comes with a 30 day jump ring re-weld warranty from the date of purchase.

If the item has broken and is outside the 30 days we are able to repair the chain if you still have it but a £10.00 re-weld fee will be required.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged jewellery.
Please note: Direct contact with perfumes and other chemicals may cause jewellery to discolour or tarnish, it is best to avoid these things in the areas where permanent jewellery is worn. We recommend you give your permanent jewellery a clean every couple of weeks. If you need to remove your permanent jewellery, please cut the jump ring where it was welded. General household scissors can be used to remove your welded piece or alternatively you can return to us to have it removed.
